The front desk team were really good too assist us with a taxi issue, showcasing their dedication and responsiveness. The complimentary Basel card. I would love to see more variety in the room temperature control, as it could use some improvement.

possibly the best and really really nice stay for 3 nights novotel basel city. good and perfect location just a short stroll away from a superb fine arts museum. nice restaurant at a short distance from the hotel.

We had a great night during the Christmas Markets. the breakfast was fantastic, especially the variety of fruits, and the room was immaculate and had a comfortable bed. The local taxi issue was stressful, but thankfully the front desk staff handled it expertly. I'd definitely stay here again!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room, and especially the shower, has been designed to stand out from the standard equipment. The fitness room was also well equipped and there were additional towels and water available.
